Well I hope I am not the only one posting this week.
I did not work out this week again. Failed to keep the calories in check as well. My leg pain returned this week. Saw my doc and review the x-rays I had done. He said there is some rough edges on my L4 and L5 which maybe causing the pain. He suggest that I start exercising again and continue with the stretching program he gave me.
With the docs ok I will start body weight routine and slowly build up to more intense training.
Goals for this week:
Eat veggies and fruit 4-5 times per day.
Eat 5 meals per day.
Increase water to at least 2 litres/day.
Hope every one had a good week with a better one next week.
Sorry I haven't been here the past few weeks. I have experienced two problems, one was a computer malfunction and one was a compliance malfunction. The computer issue is fixed and so is my compliance issue. The wife and I went on vacation a few weeks ago and didn't leave the bad habits there. Those little demons snuck home with us in our luggage and not until yesterday were they dismissed. The good news is my weight is only up 5lbs and BF% is up 1.5%. Not bad considering how hard we fell off the wagon. I think I just pushed too hard since January, but it's back on track now. Glad to hear you are getting back up to speed Rob.
Glad to see you back Tim. It seems like everyone has fallen off the wagon lately. Angie told me since her trip to NYC she has been busy with her masters and work that she hasn't had the energy to workout. So maybe it is the season.
Did work out some this week but not my best, learning new weights, was going to try to a use kettlebell part of my new workout routine. Should be interesting.
Goals for this week.
Eat out lunch only once this week, and eat healthy when I do.
Rebuild a quality exercise routine that I can maintain.
