Well it appears that I am going backwards. Have gained a little weight but the worst thing is that I have lost the motivation again. Not sure why but it has happen. This may have to do with my leg pain that has become worse this week. I had been working on a floor install that had lots of bending and kneeling which cause overuse of my lower back and glutes. Just as I was feeling ok and small set back.
So my plan is to continue the stretching exercises and add more foam rolling. Also I will try to avoid the type of work that started this whole mess.
Sheesh, I go away on a little holiday and the whole place goes to pot. LOL.
I'm afraid it is not the masters that has kept me away - it is, like Tim, a compliance issue. I left my compliance in NYC, and have yet to get it back. But that ends today.
Goals for this week are simple and designed to get the ball rolling. I've written them in line with the BFS Smart Goals Challenge (oh dear - a new one in November then?).
Nutrition: log all food intake Exercise: get some. specifically, 30 minutes a day, every day, of any kind. Lifestyle: do something about my home office - SMARTed: 15' per day everyday of sorting/filing/tax returning etc until the place looks more like an office and less like a bomb site.
Well wish I could say my motivation levels where up this week. They have not been. I need to get back into the swing of things. Maybe this week we can all bring things back in line together.
Back to basics for everyone then. Azeeza - let me remind you - it feels GOOOOOOD. Seriously. Back on the straight and mostly narrow for an impressive two days now, but I have to say, it feels much better, more right, than what I have been doing for the last month. Let's make this a better week everyone.
