This week for me was basically a write-off. Did not do well on any of my goals. The biggest problem has been my feedings - too much of the bad stuff.
My leg pain has been almost non existent except for the last few days. I think taking the time to let things heal up is working but I want to get back to all out training soon. October 1 will be the day I try to get back to a good workout routine.
My work has been driving me CRAZY! All this negativity I am trying to get rid off keeps bouncing back. Tried waking up this morning for a gym session - so difficult forming the habit AGAIN! But I will try again.. and actually sleep in gym clothing. The discomfort of a sports bra might do the trick. Spring is in the air I cant complain about the weather. Had bouts of sinus problems last week though. My system is not sure whats happening!
Anyway Rob, I am glad your leg pain has been disappearing. you speak of your training - but didnt mention nutrition? I am sure you atleast stuck to the nutrition goals?
I stayed pretty close to the eating goal except for some not so good snacks in the mix. I found that I have gotten into a bit of a rut lately. Working lots with very little down time to unwind. Things will be slowing up soon as most of the outdoor projects I have been working on come to an end. So I actually think that I am in the same mind space as you... trying to re-form good habits.
Spring!?! Well it is getting colder here. Soon the snow will be falling.
