I'm new to this forum, and I'm in on the Accountability Challenge.

Hi, Im up for this.
Normally I have no problem getting my workouts done, usually a mix of circuit, weights and stretch classes, but my compliance to nutrition always gets me.
My goal is weight loss, is any one still around to keep this thread going?
