The Body Fat Solution On Ning

Burn Fat, Build Lean Muscle, End Emotional Eating & Maintain Your Perfect Weight

I am challenging all members to make post one a week to let everyone here know how you are doing. It all could be done in this thread. The premise here is to use this forum as a part of your accountability team. Basically I would like to see everyone post how their week went.

To keep it simple lets start with the basics:

1. Did you make all your workouts for the week? yes or no
2. Were you 90% compliant in your feeding plan? yes or no
3. Did you make some gains this week? Example: I burned off 1 pound of fat this week or I lifted more weight this week.
4. Did you make your weekly goal? yes or no.

Let me know what you think.

Great idea. Not much chatter on this site. Come on folks, let's share - successes and failures. Then we can celebrate/commiserate together and help keep each other on track.

Brilliant idea - now I know I have to obey the rules because I will be held accountable :)

So far that is four of us out of how many members? Well it is a start.

Now which day should be the official post day? My workout week begins on Mondays. Ends on Friday with no workouts on the weekends. So sometime between Friday and Sunday?

Four replies - that's pretty damn good round here. Nobody is talking!!! So congrats on getting us all interested. Hopefully, as this forum builds and builds, others (old and new) will start to join in.

My workout week runs Saturday to Friday, but how about each person posts at the end of their own week. It doesn't really need to be on the same day does it? Especially as we're all in different time zones. It's not like we're meeting up over coffee, or protein shakes, to compare results. I hereby pledge to post Friday or Saturday every week, to let you all know how I'm progressing (or otherwise!).

Sounds good. I will start a new thread for each week on Fridays and everyone can post in that thread when their week is done.

I'm game. I think it will be great to see how everyone is doing.

My exercise week finishes on Fridays, but my official weigh day is Sunday, so I will post Sunday morning. For what it's worth, no I didn't make all my workouts for the week, but I gave it my best shot.

Great to have you here.

I'm new to this forum, and I'm in on the Accountability Challenge.
I am using today, April 3, as my start date, so I will check back next Friday, and throughout the week.
Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Hello all, I'm up for this. Accountability never hurt anyone. Glad you thought of doing this Rob. Will be a great help to all. I do my weight and measurements on Sunday, so this will be my post day. Good luck everyone and lets get to work. People are watching now. Larry

Hi, Im up for this.
Normally I have no problem getting my workouts done, usually a mix of circuit, weights and stretch classes, but my compliance to nutrition always gets me.
My goal is weight loss, is any one still around to keep this thread going?

Ah, the million dollar question.

There are a few of us who post weekly in response to that week's accountability discussion, and you are always welcome to start a new thread or ask questions at any time, but it is a bit of ghost town around here most of the time.
