I've just had a body composition analysis done, so now I have some starting stats. It seems I have a lean body mass of 59.3kg with a fat mass of 26.1kg - total weight 85.4kg at 175cm tall, giving me a BMI (I know that's not the best measure) of almost 28. My fitness score is 85 (out of a possible 100 points).
Now, I think that is OK, but a little overweight. I think this gives me a % bodyfat of 30.6.
Is that way too high, or only a little too high? I'm 60, so I don't think I need to be thin ex…
