My weight loss
I started at 250 lbs. I am now at 205, with 15 lbs more to go. I have reduced my calories to 1200-1500 a day with protien at every meal.Cardio 6 days a week, cardio and a full body workout 3 times a week. I was able to do The MS Bike to the Bay in Delaware this year. I am amazed at how much energy i have! I will never return to the old ways of eating.

I Made a decision Today.I have decided to do a triathelon. This of course scares me, but I was also scared when I registered for Delaware's Bike To The Bay. The bike event turned out to be very easy for me (I crushed it). Any advice anyone can give me i will surely appreciate! The biggest thing that scares me most is that I must stop smoking.
