Thanks for the welcome Jim. Yes, I have read BFS and also BFFM. Must now go back through BFS more carefully, as I feel that is the program best suited to me at present. I have learned a lot from Tom Venuto's work and I maintain my weight quite reasonably. However, it is about 15lb more than I want to carry, but I invariably sabotage my own efforts if I get close to my goal. It all begins in the head for me!
