Counting calories

I'm finding counting calories to be difficult. I just 'wing it' when it comes to packing lunch for the day, making estimating calories difficult. And some south African cuisine have no labels... I'm getting accustomed to knowing how many in a slice of bread, etc. How do you guys go about counting your calories? Continue

Habit

My body is finally accustomed to waking up at 5 am - so even yesterday when I thought I'd sleep for an extra hour instead of going to gym - I only ended up tossing and turning. Awesome habit. But I need to sleep early too. Because I get so sleepy after lunch time. New habit #2: saying no when offered junk food. Problem is this dumb habit I have - craving something sweet after my meal. Workout A

TBSs workout A seems simple when you read it. Do it. I did workout A yesterday and my thighs are sore now. Less exercises with major impact. You can feel your muscles working afterwards! I did a low intensity cardio session today and tomorrow I'll try workout B. Tom Venuto knows his stuff! One of the trainers at the gym approached me and offered to give me a program. Day one

Done reading TBFS, feel motivated. I have been paying gym fees for nothing - for excuses not to go. Its true - after January will power from new years resolutions lasts a while - but thanks to TBFS - I think I'm close to forming a habit. A darn good one.
