Weights and intervals on the same day?

Has anybody tried doing the resistance workout and the intervals on the same day? I just gave it a go, with a 10 minute or so break after my weights before I started my intervals. Don't think I'll be doing it again. I was just too tired and couldn't work out as hard as I would normally. Back to alternate days I think. Although if I get up early (unlikely, but you never know), I might try doing my intervals in the morning before work and my weights in the evening. Will let you know how I get on. Continue

Three times a charm

I'm just coming to the end of my first week on the BFS exercise programme and today was Workout A, again. The first workout (A) is tough because it's such a shock to the system. The second workout (B) is tougher because you're still sore from workout A. But the third workout, when you're sore AND you know what's coming - getting myself psyched up for this was quite a bit tougher!
