The Body Fat Solution On Ning

Burn Fat, Build Lean Muscle, End Emotional Eating & Maintain Your Perfect Weight

I was holding off checking in until today because Thursday is my day with my trainer and the only time I weigh in. I was sure there would be some good results since I have held closely to my program, again, FINALLY, this past week. It has been almost 4 months since I've had all the pieces in place and it feels good to get back in gear.

I did cardio and full body training 3 times plus one of Jon Benson's 9 minute a.m.fasting cardio mini workouts. Kept tight to my 1900 TDEE with good macronutrient ratios. I was used to training 4 times a week but let the heavy thunder and hail storms keep me home one day--and then, to my surprise, Angie even suggested I go down to 3 days a week.

I was sure surprised at the results: fat percent down 2% lean mass weight up almost 2 kilos!!! Yes, I realize that with having had a week of finally drinking 2 liters a day of water my rehydrated body put on plenty of water weight besides muscle, but even if just 1/4th of the weight is muscle that's still half a kilo or one pound.

So although I would have liked to see the scale go down I guess I have to trust the process and hang in there. My trainer said my body seemed to be reacting just like a beginner. I did have only scattered
sessions these past 4 months with my illness, mom's illness and then her death. It's been a rough time. But I'm back and looking forward to wonderful results!

Thank you Angie, Larry and Azeeza. Continued good wishes to you all.

Larry, hang in there with those last pounds. What is the exercise program you are using now? It must be so great to have made so much improvement. Yes, I'm sure you are right that I will be amazed when I reach my desired goals. I'm learning a lot along the way as well.

We can do it, we can do it, we can do it!!

Congratulations on your recent results. I knew you could do it. I know this is just the beginning, but you will be amazed when you reach you desired destination. I know this is a struggle, I am currently fighting to get the last20-25 lbs. off myself. Seems to be the hardest. But if we stay the course we will reach our goals. Best of luck to you in this life change.

Congratulations on your great results. But more importantly, congratulations on eating well, doing your workouts and getting your hydration up - that is something to be proud of. It took about three weeks into my new schedule to see the scale go down, but I knew I was doing the right thing and I stuck with it, and it's just been dropping off me ever since. Hang in there.
